Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines: 1. Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 100 percent cancellation fee. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged the full service amount. 4. Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen.
